Acceptable Use Policy

Preorder is designed for fashion and apparel brands to run pre-order campaigns. Permitted products include:

• Clothing, footwear, and accessories
• Jewellery and handmade goods
• Fabric, textiles, and sewing patterns
• Fashion-adjacent homewares and lifestyle products

If you're unsure whether your products are permitted, contact us before creating a listing.

You may not sell:

• Counterfeit or replica goods
• Stolen property
• Products that infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or patents
• Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
• Products that are illegal to sell in your jurisdiction
• Products that promote hatred, violence, or discrimination

You may not:

• Create listings for products you have no intention of delivering
• Misrepresent products, materials, or delivery timelines
• Use misleading images or descriptions
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Use the Platform for money laundering or fraudulent activity
• Harass or abuse Buyers or other Merchants
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

Merchants must make a good-faith effort to fulfill pre-orders within the estimated timeframe communicated to Buyers. If delays occur, Merchants must proactively communicate with affected Buyers.

Repeated failure to fulfill orders, excessive refund rates, or a pattern of buyer complaints may result in account review or suspension.

All images and text on your storefront must be your own or used with permission. Product photography should accurately represent the item being sold. Fashion photography featuring models (including swimwear, lingerie, etc.) is permitted provided it is tasteful and product-focused.

Content that is explicit, gratuitously violent, or intended to shock rather than sell is not permitted.

We review reports of policy violations and take action based on severity:

• Warning for minor or first-time violations
• Listing removal for content-specific violations
• Account suspension for serious or repeated violations
• Permanent termination for fraud, illegal activity, or egregious violations
